Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Secondwind Marketing we want you to be happy with our work. Because our services are custom digital and creative services, the following policy applies to all orders.

1. Cancellation

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment, before work has started, for a full refund.
• If you cancel after work has started but before the first draft is delivered, you will receive a refund of the amount paid minus charges for the work already completed (a maximum of 50% of the order value will be deducted).
• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the first draft / deliverable has been shared.
• Monthly marketing packages can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle; no refund is given for the current month already in progress.

2. Refunds

• If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, you will receive a full refund.
• Payments made for third-party ad spend that has already been used on advertising platforms are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind after delivery, or for delays caused by the client not supplying required material or feedback.

3. How to Request

Email secondwindoffl@gmail.com with your name, order / transaction ID, payment date and reason for cancellation or refund. We will respond within 2 working days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method (card, bank account, UPI or wallet). The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your account is debited more than once or the payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact us with transaction details. Such amounts are refunded in full to the original payment method.
